I visited here looking to get a gold bracelet I’d bought elsewhere adjusted as it was too big. The woman behind the counter was really helpful and she arranged to have it adjusted then and there by the jeweller. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent friendly service- would recommend!!

Steve was absolutely fantastic throughout. Great communication, genuine people and fabulous service. I bought a watch for my wedding day (a last minute purchase) and Steve and his colleagues at CS Bedford made sure I had it for the big day despite the tight timeframe. It was packaged and presented beautifully with a heartfelt note from Steve wishing me a wonderful day. I would not hesitate to recommend this Jewellers to anyone who wishes to make an expensive purchase from distance - they are 100% trustworthy and stick to their word. 10/10 Thank you all once again!

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A pleasure to browse some lovely watches. While I was in the shop, many local regulars popped in which says everything you need to know. A reputation like this takes years of good customer service to achieve.

This is the first time I’ve have dealt with these guys. I am lost for words what a truly wonderful store , it took me back to when I was a kid. I dealt with rob a perfect gent and he knows his stuff, good to see a family run business, makes you feel comfortable!!!

Great and professional service, they advised me on other ways I could get what I wanted, and this benefited me in the long run. They do sell but also buy and create one of a kind pieces. I had trouble in the Ruslip area just trying to get in the jewelers, no such problem in CS Bedford's case the security let me right in, and greeted me with subtleties. I felt comfortable and like a valuable customer, I would and have recommended them to friends.
