Thankyou so much to Terry, Nick and Howard for the lovely friendly service today. I just walked in to the shop, as I had a problem with the clasp on my necklace. They fixed it in minutes, and it was so Lovely to have such old-fashioned service, that you only get in the high street today. I will have no hesitation in recommending you. You all just made my day. Got my strap replaced for a vintage Navitimer done properly, which lots of other watchshop or big retailers turn away and asked me to go all the way to the AD central london just to get it sorted. Will definitely be dealing more with this company in the future.

I popped into Bedfords today to see if they could get my watch repaired. Incidentally, it had been looked at by two other companies to no avail. Rob said, give me one hour. One hour later my pride and joy was fixed. This is not the first time that i have had fabulous service from Bedfords. Absolutely brilliant. SEVEN STARS XXXXXXX for Rob.

I recently lost a diamond out of an antique ring I wear everyday. I spoke to Mark, and Bedfords replaced the diamond and gave the whole ring a once over to check the settings, repair any that needed it and generally give it a bit of TLC. It looks brand new! Great service, very quick, and under £200. Thanks guys!

Would like to say a huge thanks to Steve & the team at CS Bedford for being amazing at the weekend. My Mum's wedding ring was stuck on her finger after 40 odd years. It was causing her some distress & discomfort.We popped into the jewellers unannounced & were welcomed and immediately seen by Steve who removed the ring, which was stuck fast!Could not recommend them enough!Thank you so much for your help & for your kindness and humour showed to us.Thanks again CS Bedfor

We bought our wedding rings from CS Bedford back in 2002 and the service then was second to none. 20 years on & having put on a bit of timber my wedding ring needed a bit of adjustment. Without hesitation I made the 3hr round trip back to Ruislip and once again Tony and the team looked after me very well.The same first class service I received previously.My ring fitted perfectly and looked brand new when I got it back. I was over the moon.

A really pleasant buying experience , great price offer and perfect serviceRecently purchased a Certina diver watch from CS Bedford after reserving it online on the official certina website . When watch arrived in shop I had a phone call and they kindly accepted to match another retailer online price which was absolutely great . On arrival I felt appreciated and was given great service . They of course offered to size the watch and explained how to care and service it .Thank you so much for such a great service .In terms of the watch I couldn’t be happier with the Certina DS Action 38mm

I visited here looking to get a gold bracelet I’d bought elsewhere adjusted as it was too big. The woman behind the counter was really helpful and she arranged to have it adjusted then and there by the jeweller. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent friendly service- would recommend!!
