A very limited edition of 59 pieces, with only 47 manufactured in Titanium, this is the Linde Werdelin Oktopus || Moon Black. The watch is powered by an in-house developed movement with a strengthened escapement and a lunar-month moon-phase complication and has a power reserve of 42 hours.
The 44mm DLC coated Titanium case is extremely light and hugs wit wrist beautifully. The lack of lugs makes it suitable for even the smaller wrists. The case is complemented by a fixed black ceramic bezel. The three-part black dial is part skeletonised and enhanced with blue accents to reveal and highlight the unique moon-phase function.
This model features the first in-house complication entirely conceived, developed and produced by Linde Werdelin. Oktopus || Moon’s complication displays the existing phase of the moon photo-realistically on its dial, just as you see it in the sky. As the moon moves clockwise through its monthly cycle, more of its surface illuminated.
All of this is viewed through a Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment to the inside, giving it real depth. The watch comes on its barely worn LW black Alligator strap with black titanium buckle. The case-back is screw-on black DLC coated titanium embossed with a nOctopus design. The watch has a screw down crowing giving a depth rating of 300m.
